Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth; roll your tongue backwards as much as possible; if you can touch the uvula or even go deeper inside the nasal cavity, then you can literally help your energy move up into the brain and work with your pituitary and pineal gland.
Kneel on a yoga mat with your hands at your sides and your palms flat against the side of your legs.
Inhale using the reversed breathing and lower your chin on your chest.
Hold your breath for three-seconds and then exhale placing your fists on the kidneys and with both thumbs pressing gently on the third chakra (the point on the spine right behind your navel).
Bend the head backwards as far as possible, while also bending your waist; your toes will prevent you from falling over backwards.
Hold your breath for three-seconds (you are empty) and do another set.
Do three, six, nine or twelve sets.
When you finish the whole exercise do it one more time mentally with your eyes closed; try to feel the effect of the exercise even if you are not doing it physically.
